KfW
In addition to the subsidy, a low-interest KfW supplementary loan for eligible expenditure of max. € 120,000 per residential unit (non-residential buildings max. € 500 per m² GFA) in Germany can be applied for via the house bank. For owner-occupiers with a household income of max. €90,000, an interest rate advantage of up to 2.5% is granted.
In Austria
The subsidies range from an average of 75% of the investment costs to 100% funding for low-income households as part of the "Clean heating for all" subsidy.
